Will nutrition guidelines change students' eating habits?

While the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced new school nutrition standards this week, one education writer predicts that some students might not take to the healthier meals. Kayla Webley suggests schools consider replacing sides of vegetables -- that could be thrown in the trash -- with healthier versions of pizza and their other favorite foods that still meet the federal guidelines.
