Marketers say they're held to revenue goals; firms lack coordination

More than eight in 10 digital marketers says their online campaigns are being held accountable for the revenue they bring in, according to a survey by Forrester Research for Marin Software. Experts note, however, that many firms don't have enough coordination to properly track outcomes, resulting in a mismatch between goals and measurements.
