Small-town papers jump at chance for NBC reality show

NBC is looking for one small-town newspaper with enough character to make for a good reality series, and more than 150 have contacted the network so far. Network executives say they're been impressed by the sheer variety of papers that have expressed interest. "It's fun now because we have gotten such a tremendous response," said Sharon Scott, general manager and senior vice president of NBC News Peacock Productions.
