Aetna CEO expects fivefold increase in marketing budget thanks to ACA

Health insurers' marketing budgets will swell as they increasingly market plans directly to individual customers, Aetna CEO Mark Bertolini said at the World Economic Forum. "There will be 75 million retail purchasers of health care by 2020," Bertolini said. The marketplace will change as insurers are able to offer a wider variety of affordable plans, he said.
