Texas regulators shelve planned grid discussion until May

Regulators in Texas have postponed a discussion on the future of the state's energy grid until the spring. Among other things, the three-member Public Utility Commission of Texas, which was scheduled to meet this month, is considering reimbursement guidelines for power companies seeking to build new facilities to handle peak demand.
