Businesses go online for lunch

More businesses and consumers are taking advantage of online-ordering options, which allow companies to order lunches for entire meetings without complications and eliminate confusing phone calls with consumers who aren't sure what they want. About 11% of restaurant consumers ordered food online in 2005, according to the National Restaurant Association, and that number is set to reach 18% this year.
