Japan's prime minister promises to form 1.6 million jobs

Marking what could be a major shift from Japan's policy of small government, Prime Minister Taro Aso pledged to save the country's economy and create 1.6 million jobs. Blaming much of the financial crisis on unconstrained capitalism, he said "entrusting everything to markets won't make things better."
