Obama pressured to ask for another rescue as banks struggle

President Barack Obama is under increasing pressure to ask Congress to approve another massive rescue program as major U.S. banks continue to face significant challenges. It's unclear, however, whether Congress would approve another rescue because of frustrations over the way the first one, the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program, was handled.
