Sri Lanka campaign hits UN, civilians

United Nations staff and their families have come under fire in a supposed safe zone in Sri Lanka as fierce fighting between government forces and Tamil Tiger rebels rages. Sri Lankan officials say their campaign is carefully orchestrated to avoid civilian casualties, but UN and aid officials worry that more than 200,000 civilians trapped in the area are in imminent danger.
