Boeing to hold steady in 2010

Boeing says its operations are unlikely to generate any cash this year, though the company had a strong fourth quarter and the $11.2 billion that it has in reserves will help mitigate the cash crunch. Boeing's cash situation increases the pressure for smooth delivery of two new planes, the 787 Dreamliner and the 747-8, which will contribute to an estimated 2010 cash generation of about $5 billion.
