When it comes to Twitter, bosses need to treat their employees as grown-ups and let them find an appropriate balance for sharing personal information, says Ann Handley, content chief for MarketingProfs. Give your staff a sense of your goals, then let them find their own voice, advises Handley. "Don't overgovern," she says. "A huge benefit of Twitter is that is allows you to humanize your brand and be human online."
