B2B marketers are counting on websites for content delivery

Website development, e-mail marketing and social media will be the top three digital tactics on which B2B marketers will increasing spending in 2013, according to a BtoB Magazine survey. The rise of content marketing is driving website development, as 93% use sites toward that purpose -- more than social media (65.4%), print (47.5%) and mobile (20.9%). Overall, the percentage of B2B marketers who said they planned to increase spending rose from 40.1% last year to 48.7% in 2013, with fewer marketers expecting to their budgets to decrease or hold steady.
