Officials with Colorado's health insurance exchange said they will be relying on insurance brokers' expertise to help educate the public and connect consumers with the right plan for them. "We welcome brokers to the table. We're going to need as much help as possible," said Patty Fontneau, director of the exchange. Agents and brokers will be distinct from navigators in the state, officials said. Some 150,000 consumers are expected to acquire coverage through Colorado's exchange in the first year.
