New tools help customers track online retail prices

Companies including Citibank and Dynamite Data have launched new tools that scour the Web and keep up with fast-changing online prices, which can vary not just from one site to another but also from one browser to another. Hukkster, created by two former J.Crew merchants, lets users set up e-mail alerts while they're shopping to let them know when the prices drop on the items they've selected.
