Pepsi goes mobile with iAd to build audience for Super Bowl TV ad

Pepsi is tapping Apple's iAd network to build anticipation for its Super Bowl sponsorship and halftime TV ad. A click on the mobile banner takes users to branded pre-Super Bowl content. "Pepsi understands their target market, and they also understand that a good portion of their customers are plugged into devices, especially as it relates to the Super Bowl event," said Cezar Kolodziej, CEO of Iris Mobile.
