Wash. colleges seek to meet industry needs

Technical schools and community colleges in Washington state are doing more to meet the needs of employers. These efforts come amid feedback from some private-sector employers that there is a need for more skilled workers in trades and other industries, such as manufacturing, aerospace, information technology and health care.
