Good Customer Service = Good Reputation

The No. 1 consumer gripe is poor customer service, according to the third annual corporate-reputation survey conducted by online market research firm Harris Interactive. Consumers look to the world's best-known companies, such as Target, FedEx and Hewlett Packard, as models for companies that provide exemplary customer service. Results of the survey also show that emotional appeal is the driving force behind a good reputation.
