Study: High-carb diet leads to weight loss

Contradicting the current low-carb trend, researchers at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences have found that a high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet, is better than counting calories for older men and women. Also significant, the study concluded that the level of exercise didn't greatly effect weight loss when consuming high-carb foods.
