Boeing CEO expected to discuss 787 program

Boeing CEO James McNerney is expected to reassure investors about the company's 787 program when fourth-quarter profits are released tomorrow. "McNerney is going to be asked to put his name on a viable schedule for the 787," said Richard Aboulafia, an aviation consultant at Teal Group. "They need to come up with numbers and dates that everyone feels comfortable with, and McNerney needs to put his stamp on it, as soon as possible."
