Leo Burnett cuts 4% of work force

Leo Burnett USA, with the news that it has cut 75 jobs, or 4% of its employee roster, has become the latest major agency to announce layoffs. The job eliminations are not just "a response to today's economic climate," but part of a strategy for "long-term growth and success," according to a memo from Rich Stoddart, president of Leo Burnett USA.
