Boeing reorganizes struggling commercial-airplanes unit

Boeing Co. says it plans a reorganization of its commercial-airplanes unit, which is the company's largest unit and has struggled because of the economic downturn. Under the changes, the company will step up oversight and quality control for its 787 Dreamliner program, which has faced delays.
