Missouri project eyes FTTH for rural broadband

The Ralls County Electric Cooperative in northeast Missouri is rolling out updated fiber-to-the-home technology that it says will change the way broadband is delivered to rural customers. The project is supported by $19 million in funds from the Rural Utilities Service's Broadband Initiatives Program.
