South Carolina chocolate business is a family affair

Christophe Paume, a third-generation chocolatier, makes chocolates and pastries at two Christophe Artisan Chocolates locations in Charleston, S.C., while his wife, Carly, handles the marketing. She says the recession has been a benefit to the young company because it prompted the couple to only order what they need.
