NBCT goes the distance to promote fitness at school

A National Board Certified Teacher in North Carolina has developed a weekly exercise and health program for her fellow teachers after she started running last year. Michelle Zelaya, a former triathlete, joined a running group and is training for a half marathon -- her sixth long-distance race. Zelaya says she also is interested in being certified to teach health to high-school students.
