Students serve healthy dishes at high school cafe

Students at a California high school have opened a cafe at the school, where they prepare healthy meals for their peers. The restaurant, operated by students enrolled in a business course at San Dieguito Academy, was intended to attract students who typically leave campus for lunch. The menu, which is expected to expand, includes panini sandwiches, smoothies, bagels and other options.
