Helicopter filming in Colo. county is on a case-by-case basis

Colorado's Pitkin County has decided to add a new rule to the county's land-use code prohibiting the use of helicopters for filming purposes, but approval for certain uses is still possible on a case-by-case basis. According to a draft of the code, uses that could be approved must have a "clear and demonstrable marketing benefit to the community" and must not present any danger to wildlife.
