NASA officials: Kepler telescope is back in action

NASA's planet-seeking Kepler telescope is back in action this week ending a 10-day rest period after scientists discovered extra friction in one of its wheels. It is unknown if the issue has been fully resolved, though officials note that the telescope has responded well to tests and checkups.
