Urban park could be centerpiece of $350M mixed-use project in Neb.

Designed by Avant Architects and Oslund & Associates, a two-acre public park in Omaha, Neb., could be the centerpiece of a $350 million mixed-use redevelopment project, writes Janice Podsada. The 45-acre project, which would replace the city's Crossroads Mall, will also feature an open-air shopping plaza, a hotel, office space, and possibly, a transit hub.
