Paul Balfour and Riane Stubbs have joined Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi as chefs for its Capital Grill steakhouse. The chefs formerly worked in some well-known Australian restaurants. "To be a great steakhouse, you must offer not only the best quality of meat but also have an outstanding kitchen team who knows how to properly season and cook. Fresh, local and seasonal products are important, but despite being a steak restaurant we also serve amazing seafood and vegetarian dishes for those who don’t want meat," Balfour said.
