Retail's BIG Show served up plenty of retail, foodservice tech tools

Restaurants and food sellers found a slew of tech solutions on display at the National Retail Federation's BIG Show earlier this month, from companies such as New Brand Analytics, which aggregates and interprets restaurants' social media mentions to help eateries increase sales. Vendors also displayed smart-shelving systems for supermarkets, options for in-store shopper tracking, and applications like Service Management Group's Survey Mini which tracks users' visits to stores and restaurants and sends follow-up surveys.
