Report: Federal food programs contribute to rising obesity rates

A report by the American Enterprise Institute's Douglas Besharov suggests that low-income Americans are not suffering from too little food, but too much of the wrong food. Critics say Besharov's analysis is not supported by data, as he fails to establish a sound connection between federal food programs and obesity among the poor.
