Google, others sued for violating trademark

Google and several other Internet companies using its Web search support were sued this week by American Blind & Wallpaper Factory for trademark infringement. The window fixtures company -- which tried to settle with Google until negotiations broke down recently -- claims that Google illegally sells keywords such as the trademarked "American Blind" to the company's competitors, steering users their way.
