D.C. agrees to deal, clearing way for stadium vote

Washington D.C., has agreed to a deal with Major League Baseball regarding changes to a new baseball stadium lease that will clear the way for a city council vote on the stadium. The deal places a cap on total stadium construction costs and cedes some development rights on part of the ballpark's property to the District of Columbia.
