Wash. facilities, providers will not charge for medical errors

Washington medical providers have voluntarily agreed not to charge patients for medical errors known as "never events." The agreement, signed by the governor, leaders of health facilities and doctors, includes a list of 28 situations and also covers serious injuries or death caused by burns or contaminated drugs and devices.
