Mo. parents ask judge to protect children with severe disabilities

Parents of St. Louis students who are disabled are requesting that a federal judge close the 35 Missouri schools that serve those who have severe disabilities after accusations of abuse and neglect were affirmed by an inquiry panel. Parents also are asking that all workers found to have behaved improperly be fired, and that Web cameras be installed in the schools so their children can be monitored.
