President Barack Obama slammed financial-sector executives for taking a "shameful" $18.4 billion in bonuses while their institutions were "teetering on collapse" and seeking a government bailout. But did he talk just as tough when IBM CEO Sam Palmisano and Honeywell CEO David Cote -- combined five-year pay: $150 million -- came to the White House to cheer his stimulus plan? "The president doesn't meet with CEOs where he doesn't talk about responsibility," his spokesman said.
