Peer-education program seeks to stop bullying

Montgomery County, Md., students are producing videos and mentoring younger students in an effort to curb bullying in their schools. "You Have the Power!" is a peer-education program sponsored by the nonprofit Project Change, and officials say the program is effective because students are more likely to listen to their peers.
