Survey: Agencies meeting but not exceeding CMO expectations

An October survey of chief marketing officers found few extolling their ad agencies, with only 9% responding that service at their agency of record exceeds their expectations in terms of price and only 12% for ROI. The survey, conducted by GfK Roper Public Affairs & Media for Epsilon, reported significantly higher numbers of CMOs as saying that their agency "meets" expectations in these areas.
