Trichet indicates eurozone rate could go even lower

Jean-Claude Trichet, president of the European Central Bank, told CNN that the bank may cut its interest rate even more, after figures show a spike in German unemployment. At 2%, the rate is already the lowest in ECB history. "At this stage, we have taken nonstandard measures, could take more of these measures; we will see," Trichet said. "I do not preannounce anything. I do not exclude anything."
