Greenbrier's Richard Rosendale wins Bocuse d’Or USA

Richard Rosendale, executive chef of The Greenbrier in White Sulfur Springs, W.Va., will represent the U.S. in the international Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyons, France, next year. Chefs Gavin Kaysen, Grant Achatz and Gabriel Kreuther will help train Rosendale for the competition, which an American chef has yet to win.
