Marketers "like" social for new prospects, brand building

Almost 9 in 10 marketers agree that social media is helping to build brand awareness, according to a Wildfire Interactive survey. Companies, such as Charles Schwab, appreciate social media's value for two-way communication and 44% of marketers say the value of Facebook fans is tied to their usefulness with attracting new customers.
