Report: Retailers lag in mobile despite consumer interest

Brands and retailers continue to lag in offering full service on their mobile websites, even though consumers are rapidly turning to their devices for shopping, according to research by L2 Think Tank. In particular, features such as product videos, order tracking, user ratings and social connections or social network connections were found often to be lacking.
