The Express Employment Professionals franchise opted to waive its $35,000 franchise fee for C.J. Marcello, who spent more than two decades in the Army. "We expect C.J. to put a lot of people to work," Express Employment's Kalli Britton said. "It will take some time, but one person at a time, one company at a time, our object is to put hundreds of people to work." Express Employment plans to waive franchise fees for a total of five veterans this year.
