Shell plant a priority for Pa., governor says

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett reiterated his support for tax incentives for natural gas firms and consistent permitting procedures. He emphasized the importance of supporting Royal Dutch Shell's proposed facility in the state. "That project, if built, will mean an investment here of $4 million to $6 million in one of our most depressed areas that was once the site of the steel industry that is now gone," Corbett said.
