Many employers say recent graduates lack job preparedness

Almost 70% of corporate recruiters report their company has a difficult time managing young workers, citing problems with recent college graduates such as turnover, a lack of strong work ethic and unwillingness to pay their dues in comparison to other generations, a study by Bentley University and conducted by KRC Research reports. Young workers were more likely rate their own work ethic highly.
