Research: Hispanic media in U.S. to jump 11% in '05

Spanish-language media, with TV leading the way, is growing by leaps and bounds in the U.S., with 11% growth anticipated this year, with advertising revenues in aggregate expected to reach $3.5 billion. Steamy primetime telenovelas are still leading the ratings, but reality programming, including home makeover shows with lucrative product placement opportunities, are showing tremendous growth as well.
