Study: Some drugs produce dementia symptoms

French researchers report common drugs in the class anticholinergics can cause side effects that may be mistaken as early dementia, and doctors should find out what drugs their patients are taking before prescribing dementia treatments. The drugs that may cause the symptoms are commonly prescribed to treat depression, Parkinson's disease and allergies.
