Deutsch to drive Saturn's creative business

Saturn reportedly is shifting its creative account from Omnicom Group's Goodby Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, to Interpublic Group's Deutsch, Los Angeles. The deal is the latest sign of a resurgence at Deutsch, which in the past year has resumed relationships with former clients Ikea and DirecTV and begun working with General Motors.
