Iowa bullying bill makes strides

An anti-bullying law is making its way toward approval in Iowa, having already been passed by the state senate. The plan requires schools to create anti-bullying policies that meet a certain standard, and supporters of the law believe a state-imposed ban will give teachers and schools the tools they need to fight bullies.
