Popular diet founder calls for health care changes

Arthur Agatston, who introduced the South Beach Diet to the world, says the American health care system does little to prevent heart disease because doctors are rewarded more for treating disease than for preventing it. Agatston, who is a world-renowned cardiologist, calls for an overhaul of the health system before it becomes overwhelmed with the health problems of baby boomers.
